Tired of feeling caught off guard when someone asks, “Have you look at adopting?” or “Just relax, it will happen.”
In this deeply heartfelt and empowering episode of Hope, Health & Haha, I sit down with Lana Manikowski — an author, certified life coach, keynote speaker, and infertility advocate dedicated to helping women thrive after infertility.
Lana is the founder of The Other’s Day Brunch and host of The “So Now What?” Podcast, where she creates spaces for childless women to feel seen, understood, and empowered.
After a seven-year fertility journey — including multiple rounds of IUI and IVF — ended without a child, and after realizing donor egg or adoption wasn’t her path, Lana faced the isolation and grief of a future she never planned for. When she couldn’t find the support she needed, she built it herself.
Now, through her “Thrive After Infertility” coaching program, Lana helps women process the loss of the dream of motherhood and move forward with confidence, purpose, and peace. Her book, “So Now What?”, offers a roadmap to reclaiming joy and meaning beyond infertility.
Together, we talk about:
💬 Navigating friendships with your “mom friends”
🤔 The Top 27 Things People Say When You’re Childless
💪 How to redirect intrusive questions with confidence
💛 And most importantly — how to feel relevant, whole, and happy as a woman, even without the children you dreamed of.
🎧 Listen now on Hope, Health & Haha — available on Apple Podcasts, Podbean, and YouTube!
