What should we do about SYSTEMIC RACISM? This question is so annoying! It presupposes that RACISM is SYSTEMIC without even attempting to address the qualifier "systemic". This is why so many conversations never get anywhere. A simple question like, "What is it about racism that you think is systemic?"
