Sup my friends. Here is a solo recording in this episode of Naturalized. Apologies for the audio quality. The sound file was corrupted. I just moved into a new apartment. Been hectic setting up my new life but it's settled now so I'm giving you a little update and how I've been spending time mostly alone. I still get out though. A rant on the importance of being alone sometimes. Gotta make time to love yourself.
