Clair offers two hard discussion topics that are important to clarify  before the final days of someone's life.   

Joy shares some of her strategies that helped her have the strength to  show up for her family, when they needed her the most.  "And I was like,  OK, I need to go get a tattoo, because If I can get a tattoo, I can do  anything!"
