She is certified personal trainer, specializing in gait biomechanics, respirations and womens physiology. Also am a pain free performance coach, Yoga & Meditation Teacher and Holistic Lifestyle Coach. She works with clients who wish to enhance their in body experience of being alive, creating lifestyle coherence and self care connection. What is Yoga

-From YUG “to unite” “unity”

-Yoga is an ancient practice, the practice of taking care of the physical human being and fostering the connection to the quantum consciousness of the soul
-Guidelines for conscious aligned choices to integrate into daily rhythms, patterns and passions to enhance our experience of living as an individual and as a whole
-Pathway for inner peace, to realize the self, that is the journey, the journey within

Types of yoga

-Bhakti Yoga- Transmute emotional energy; the alchemy of fear to love
    Kirtan; joyful celebration of loves essence experienced through creative, vibrant and alive expression

-Focused attention, body scan, noting, visulizations, loving kindness, compassion, resting awareness, reflection, Who am I?
-Zen, Mantra, Transcendental, Vipassana, chakra, qigong, soundbath
-Biggest ‘inner self critique’: My mind wanders, I can't meditate (The bliss & blessing of a wandering mind and how to embody this perspective), My practice has to be ‘perfect’, our practice and your experience will change based on the season, reason and internal conditions
