• On-boarding
• HR support programs - contracts, terms, code of conduct etc.
• Agency support
• Seasonal staff
The situation is reasonable but not sustainable.
The reality is -
Phase 1 Survival
Phase 2 Stability
Phase 3 Sustainability
Difficulties ahead and we need to address them differently.
