What decisions are we making as we are coaching our clients and what are we basing those decisions on? A coaching session is fluid and we are always making decisions about what questions to ask and when to use silence. So how do we use what we know of our client’s preferences to inform how we show up?  And how do we maintain presence in a session to be sure that our choices are serving the client?
