Milton Friedman once famously said, "It's not what you don't know, It's what you know that just ain't so!" This is especially when it comes to war and the framework America knows as the "Global Order" formed in the wake of WWII. Many times I have posited the idea that the so called, Global Order is a construct that only exists as long as it is working for everyone. It's no longer working for large portions of the global population, including the United State of America. The USA has been attempting to pushing the order beyond its acceptable limits and the Globe is pushing back.
