He connects these dangerous incidents to what he calls the “culture of chaos” enabled by leaders like Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom.Brett argues that the federal government must take real action, suggesting bold steps such as decertifying California airports until state officials begin cooperating with federal immigration enforcement and ensure public safety.
