Even if we are profoundly unhappy in our current condition or feel that an aspect of our routine has become stagnant, we may feel too paralysingly stuck to make a change. This may be because of external time and age expectations, or because we are used to living in the limited circumference of our comfort zone. Whatever the reason is, all are rooted in the prospect of change.
Whether the thing you long to change is as substantial as moving country, putting an end to an unhealthy habit, or leaving your job, or, as slight as changing your hairstyle, on the other side of change is an unfamiliar territory. This podcast discusses when to recognise when previous strategies, people, or anything that you habitually engage with, no longer serves the current you. And then, why and how it can be necessary for us to reach beyond our commitment with rigidity to live a more flexible, colourful life.
