It is mental health awareness month and me and my brother Kirk talk about if the church and therapy can coexist and if it is ok to go therapy and God. We also talk about how the black community has viewed mental health and how we can improve awareness.

We talk about how important being vulnerable it is , how the end result of what GOD did is not the only thing we need to hear it is also important to point at what the current struggle is and how GOD uses in it and it is ok to talk about current struggles which helps other know Christian’s are not perfect we serve a perfect GOD.
