For decades, marginalized populations within the U.S. have shown poorer health outcomes than their white counterparts. Zocalo Health is a new population health company serving Latino communities in California and Texas. Fierce's Annie Burky spoke with Sarah Lopez, M.D., Zocalo's chief medical officer, about how population health systems and value-based care can address the needs of marginalized populations.
