In this week’s episode, I take a deep dive into my health and some of the big changes that I’ve made in my life that have done wonders for my mental and physical health, which, of course, only enhances the horsemanship aspect. It’s all too common in the equestrian world that we overlook our personal health and even joke about how much we give our horses, but wouldn’t dream of doing for ourselves. So, maybe this episode will inspire some ideas in you about how you can help your horse by helping yourself.
