Equity equates to progress it’s a symbol value is being given to all no matter how they choose to identify.  An estimated 5.6 percent of Americans identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or queer, according to a new Gallup report. That’s up from 4.5 percent in 2017, the last year polling on the issue was conducted by the organization.  For Chris Angel Murphy,  (They/Them) it’s essential the LGBTQ+ community have full access to equity today.   (They/Them) a LGBTQ+ Trainer, speaker, and Consultant who:

•Consults and trains helping professionals, companies, and organizations on intersectional LGBTQ+ cultural responsiveness

•Curates national LGBTQ+ resources list

•Strategically co-produces resources and learning opportunities with other leaders and non-profits, including guides, webinars, lists, and online summits

•Designs online, self-guided learning opportunities for the LGBTQ+ community and those who want to better support them
