Simple, practical tips and unbiased product recommendations to ensure you can work safely, efficiently and most importantly, without pain! 
But why a podcast!?? Because, if you are like me you will have a long list of saved articles and blog posts that you keep meaning to get to but can't find the time. I find podcasts such a great way of getting the information I need on the go or at the desk, so I thought "Why not!?"
