In this episode, we continue our conversation with Tony Kirk and Courtland MacQueenette about their ERG leadership experience with the Bell African Ancestry Networking Group at their organization, BELL Flight. We will discuss allyship and sharing ERG members’ experiences with others within the organization who have different backgrounds.  We will also discuss how to approach conversations to gain support for your ERG. It begins with creating awareness and appreciating diversity with respect for everyone while giving grace to those who may not understand the purpose of these communities.
