A few weeks ago I attended a TPD quality of life meeting. I was struck by Patrick Harvey and his insight about the South Toledo block/neighborhood watch he helps oversee. There's very little funding needed to make these as successful as Patrick's is. I hope wherever you live, you can heed some of Patrick's tips and incorporate to your community.
