Winter is coming. I don't like it any more than you do.

If I get home and it's nice out I go on a quick motorcycle ride because I know this s*** is about over.

Are you ready? Are you ready mentally, physically, financially?

I know I'm not haha. Sure, I can pay the power bill but I don't have to like it.

I'm not ready to put the motorcycle to bed.

What choice do I have?

Ain't nothing like it my friends. Around the age of 10 when you can leave on your bicycle and pedal down the street and you have the whole town as your little plethora of entertainment.

My friends the 70s were epic. Now add a mini bike to that.

Now add a few friends that also had Mini bikes. I relived that yesterday.

One of my friends from 50 years ago stopped by and guess what he was still on the mini bike haha. It was epic.

Yesterday was a perfect day. It's rare you get to say that about a work day.

Technology makes the best of the best but it also makes the worst of the worst.

Technology will spoon feed you whatever you want to think is real. Don't subscribe to it.

My friends put down your phone and go for a motorcycle ride already. My friends get out of your house and look around and see what's real in front of you.

Technology or I guess I should call it mainstream technology has this ability to always villainize people with a different mindset than yours. Don't buy it.

Some people are happy to see fall come into season.

Some people enjoy seeing it snow and the pretty blanket of snow on the ground.

There are those of us that would like to punch them people in the mouth. Ha ha

We are all wired different. Some of us need to be around crowds and some of us need to be the hell away from them. There is no wrong answer my friends.

We can at least talk about it though.

Bro it's a motorcycle club not a charity. If YOU'RE here I hope you brought your wallet.

I have seen it seen it seen it. These poor broke ass dudes on junk ass motorcycles that think their life will be complete if they join a MC.

I've seen dudes that can't take care of themselves let alone a motorcycle let alone their family let alone pay dues and they still end up patched in.

Before you go digging through your wallet to pay somebody else's f****** bills maybe take a moment and try to ponder where the hell their money is going.

Are you sleeping 5 hours a day while they are sleeping 14? I'm asking.

Successful people tend to stay to themselves. Ever wonder why? Ever wonder why that guy that has the nice house and the boat and the nice truck and the motorcycle and the below ground pool ain't hanging out in your club?

I guess it's a mystery to all of us.

I see a lot of pop-up clubs with young men in them. Good for you guys.

I see a lot of gray beards that prefer to ride solo. Good for you guys.

We all wired different. Over the years the way you think of things and stuff and stuff and things is going to change. You aren't the first one.

Welcome to the world of greybeards. Maybe I can explain why the gray beards tend to leave the clubs that have a lot of young members.

Are you going to let a last minute major purchase in your life cause you to have to work into your retirement years?

I have asked the question on Facebook many times. Would you rather have an old car to Tinker with in your driveway at home or do you want a brand new car sitting in the parking lot at work?

I think you'd be surprised how many more years you can squeeze out of a 10-year-old truck than a brand new truck if the brand new truck has to drive to work everyday and the 10-year-old truck just sits at home with you because you're retired.

I would rather ride a 10-year-old motorcycle under my ass then have a brand new motorcycle just sitting in the parking lot at work while I work into my retirement years.

I love motorcycles. Back in the '80s I loved motorcycles a hell of a lot. Back in the '80s if I had a day off if it wasn't down pouring rain you would probably find me on that motorcycle.

I wasn't in a motorcycle club. I guess I was a reject haha.

If I wasn't on the motorcycle Don't Pity Me or feel bad for me there was probably a skirt involved haha.

No bro I wasn't wearing the skirt I'm talking I probably had a cute young girl with me.

Things were different. In the 80s things were a hell of a lot more fun. In the '80s we didn't get in chat rooms and chat with robots that we thought were humans.

In the '80s we didn't fall in love with fake make believe Facebook profiles. In the '80s we got on our motorcycles and we went on adventures.

I was friends with a lot of guys in the '80s that were in clubs. Some of my friends in motorcycle clubs back then: We are talking sergeant of arms, we are talking presidents.

Speaking on their behalf I assure you they had no interest whatsoever in me being in their Motorcycle Club haha.

My friends there's no more valuable gift than time. If you are spending a little bit of time with somebody it's a big damn deal.

While you're doing that let's make the most of it.

Let's break down what that person needs the most. Let's look at a way to be a better leader. Let me tell you who all needs your mentorship.

Can you afford a new motorcycle? Can you afford to not get one? Has the current job situation raised your wage?

Do you really have more disposable income? Are you ready for the federal government to raise the prime interest rate? What is this going to do to the cost of a new motorcycle?

Even more important I thought I already looked as stupid as I could possibly look but now I have new glasses. Do these glasses make my butt look big?
