Eric Uresk is a Championship Mindset Coach, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt and MMA Coach. His mission is to “help professional men create clarity out of chaos.” In this conversation, we discuss Eric’s chaotic early life, flooded with street fights, substance abuse, and traumatic experiences, which left him in and out of rehab, psych wards, and broken relationships. We talk about his transformation journey from this reckless lifestyle to getting sober to competing as a professional fighter and working as a high end bouncer in New York. We then get into how he became an MMA coach and life coach and the value he is able to provide based on his unique life experience.
