Erin McGuire PT, OCS has been a physical therapist for 22 years. She currently practices at her clinic, Back in Balance Physical Therapy, in Los Angeles, CA. Erin is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Prague School of Rehabilitation DNS instructor/practitioner.
In 2014, she created the core360 belt, a tool to facilitate proper utilization of the diaphragm and to increase awareness of how important the diaphragm muscle is in movement and overall well-being. Through teaching and the core360 belt, she hopes to assist other practitioners in understanding the principles of DNS and how to better utilize the approach.
