I Accept My Own Spiritual and Physical Perfection

My body is the temple of the Living God. It is Spiritual Substance. I have perfect confidence in my heart that God’s life-giving Spirit is my life. Since God is my life and God is eternal, my life is eternal. Therefore, I cannot be separated from God, from Good, from Perfection. If I would renew body, mind, and affairs, I must first cause my imagination to rise above them. The supreme Ruler, omnipresent, therefore existing at the very center of my thought, the Christ within me, really has the power to make all things new

Today I Bestow the Essence of Love Upon Everything "We are made perfect when we enter into the communion of love with one another and with the invisible essence of Life. I Rely Upon the One Perfect Activity of God

"The all-intelligent, creative Presence is the source of all that I am. I believe in the ability and the willingness of this great Source to sustain its own creation. The kingdom and the Power and the Glory of God are expressed through me. I recognize myself to be a center through which the Intelligence and the Power of the universe find expression. Infinite Mind, operating through me, now brings to me the manifestation of harmony, order, and the highest good. The consciousness of peace and plenty is established within me. All that is necessary to my happiness and well-being now comes into my experience.

There can be neither limitation nor lack, for nothing ever restricts the One Perfect Activity. It is in full operation for me. I am now free from any sense of bondage. All Power is given unto me from On High. Knowing this, I am strong with the strength of the all-vitalizing power of the universe. I Have Confidence in My Understanding of the Law

I believe that no matter what experience I am going through now, good will come of it. I believe that all poverty will be turned to riches; that all fear will be converted to faith. I believe that good will finally triumph over every evil and that love will finally heal all hate. I believe that I have a silent partnership with the Invisible; that this partnership has never been dissolved and never can be. I believe in the invisible Presence of Good in a universe peopled with perfect and eternal entities. I believe that all things are possible to him who does believe.

I have complete confidence in my knowledge and understanding of the Law of Good. I not only know what the Law is, I know how to use It. I know that I shall obtain definite results through the use of It. I realize that doubts about my ability to use this Law are things of thought. What thought has produced, thought can change. Knowing this, having confidence in my ability to use the Law, and using It daily for specific purposes, gradually I build up an unshakable faith, both in the Law and in the possibility of demonstrating It. Today I Am Redeemed

"The larger part of our mental life is submerged. The habitual patterns of thought, which are subjective, automatically determine our physical and mental reactions. In this way, we are more or less hypnotized from the cradle to the grave. Inner impulsions of these subjective thought patterns are often stronger than the intellect, and willpower seems to have little effect on them. We must resort to imagination and feeling, to a deep conviction of, and an abiding faith in, something greater than our will, higher than our intellect. In this way we are redeemed. We stop using the Creative Power of the Universe to produce limitation in our life, and instead begin to awaken to our vast possibilities.

Today I realize that there is but One Power in the Universe and that my redemption is at hand. The Spirit within me refreshes me daily. I feel myself saturated with the Life Essence Itself; I feel the same Life Essence flowing in and through me. I feel myself to be a perfect instrument in Life’s divine symphony, in tune with its harmony and perfection. My body is an instrument in, through, and upon which Life plays a divine and perfect harmony. I am not going out in search of another power, but am going to use the Power I know is already at the center of my own life. I know It heals every disharmony, overcomes every obstacle, breaks down every barrier, and frees me from every false condition. My redemption is assured.”

I Experience Complete Wholeness

"I know that I am some part of the Divine Being, that the power and the presence of that Spirit is in the word I speak and that word infinitely and perfectly and permanently makes whole. I know that I represent an individualization of the Truth—the truth of Wholeness, the truth of Love, Reason and Sound Mind, the truth of Peace and Joy, the truth and the freedom of the circulation of the Divine in every atom, in every function, and every organ. I empty myself of any and every thought that denies this. I know that, silently but effectively, that Divine Power of the invisible Spirit is working here and now—this moment.

I take hold of this realization with complete certainty. I recognize that I am a perfect being, living under perfect conditons, knowing that Good alone is real. I also know that Good alone is the only thing that has any power either to act or to react. Everything that I do, say, or think today will be done, said, or thought from the spiritual viewpoint of God in everything. My recognition of the Power is sufficient to neutralize every false experience, make the crooked straight, and the rough places smooth. Definitely I know that this recognition establishes the Law of Harmony in my experience, the Law of Prosperity, the sense of happiness and health. I experience complete Wholeness.”

Today I Live

   "The wise Master Jesus taught that the knowledge of truth makes us free. All books of spiritual wisdom have said that it is not the one who makes the mistake whom we should seek to destroy; it is the mistake itself that must be erased. This means that evil has no existence in itself and has no history. No matter what the negations of yesterday may have been, the affirmations of today rise triumphant and transcendent over them. Definitely I know that every negative condition of the past is cleared away from my consciousness. I no longer think about it, see it, or believe in it. "My body, and every part of it, is made of pure Substance—God. It cannot deteriorate. Today I See God Reflected in Every Form

"After long meditation and much deep reflection, having passed through the confusion of human experience, Job finally arrived at the conclusion that the Spirit of God was within him and that the breath of God was his life. We all have traveled this same pathway of experience, the journey of the soul to “the heights above,” and always there has been a deep inquiry in our minds—What is it all about? Does life make sense? What is the meaning of birth, human experience, and the final transition, which we call death, from this plane? Somewhere along the line we too must exclaim with Job, “The spirit of God hath made me and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life. Nothing can be nearer to us than that which is the very essence of our own being. Our external search after Reality culminates in the greatest of all possible discoveries—Reality is at the center of our own being; life is from within out. I feel that my search is over.
