In this episode, we are joined by Katica Boric, decision lab manager at ESADE. During the conversation, she describes her perception of innovation, how it played an important role during her life experiences, and the necessity to understand to be able to innovate.

Professionally, she talks about the focus behind the decision lab, how the studies are conducted, and the challenges present in the project. Katica connects the science of innovation with education, explaining its importance and how our careers are constantly shaped by our skills. He gives us an insight into the world of innovation from a company point of view, the importance of such a notion to resolve certain challenges in his professional experience, as well as his perception of what an intrapreneur entails.

In this episode, we are joined by John Saunders, former Senior Vice President of Wall Street turned executive coach and author of "The Optimizer" published by New Degree Press. During the discussion, he describes the importance of innovation in his career, how getting outside the comfort zone and learning from the experience changed his professional trajectory, and how different personalities challenged him towards innovation.

He gives us an insight into his new book, by referencing different scenarios, which share the importance of innovation as a key to success. And he even shares many recommendations for future professionals.

In our premiere episode, we talk to Laura Bellorini, Fusion Point Manager.
