FAM! Survivor is heating up! Season 44 is in the home stretch & we're bumping up to weekly episodes to make sure we recap it all.

We're in a silly, goofy mood for this one. Honestly, it made talking about the episode -- the good, the bad, and the FULL TILT BOOGIE -- even better than usual. This week we had a lil' of everything: a reward AND and immunity challenge; emotional moments; idol hunting; some serious gameplay; some wacky Jeff moments. And to cap it all off, Stacey is psychic.

✨SURPRISE!✨ Due to our excitement that Ep. 9 ended up being kind of a banger and had our first really "live" tribal council in a while, we decided to do a recap episode on it, instead of waiting until Ep. 9 and 10 had both aired. Episode 2 was basically about two things: birdcages and Carolyn making her screen debut in a big way. Whether you love her or not, she's definitely a character and maybe a major player this season and we're breaking down everything we're thinking about her and her gameplay in our recap episode. We're also talking about the 30 minutes of birdcage content from Jeff and speculating about whether this season has a theme even though Jeff maybe says there isn't one.

New season; Same Escaping Reality! Well... kinda. We've got the same great vibes in a fun new package! We're debuting our new podcast art along with this new season of Survivor & it has us feeling so good. Season 44 got off to a BUSY start. After a long, cold winter with no Survivor, the Jeff Probst groundhog saw his shadow and Survivor Spring is here! We *lightly* researched the season 44 cast and chose our ones-to-watch. Anna had a great track record last season, and even noticed a potential clue in the S43 logo, so let's see if Stacey or Agie can pull through this season with the best picks. We've got another ✨new✨ episode type coming at you this week! For our Rewind Replays were are so excited to take you back in time to look at some of the hottest competition shows of the past. And we started strong by watching the original season of MTV's iconic Are You the One?, the show that begs the question: "If your perfect match was standing right in front of you would you even know?" And boy, did this cast of jabronis not know. 

Let's take a trip back in time. It's 2014. Obama is still president and "Happy" by Pharrell is playing on literally every station. Here comes MTV with their brand new show, Are You the One? The concept: 10 boys and 10 women, all competing for their share of $1,000,000 by finding their "perfect match" in a house in Hawai'i through Getaway Challenges, Truth Booths, and Match Ceremonies. 

We had literally the most fun we've had in a while breaking down this hilarious concept. I think we're laughing the entire time.
