  • 029 Who is behind #BlackLivesMatter?
    Following the Money for #BLACKLIVESMATTER
Lillian Wald, Rabbi Emil G. Hirsh, and Rabbi Stephen S. Wise, all of them are missing from the NAACP. They were all Jewish liberals who were key founders of the most well-known civil rights organizations of black people in America. It’s where the money came and still comes from with this organization. The NAACP doesn’t hide this fact, but it is not often been said by many elders in the black American community that the NAACP is a white head with a black body. Could one day the same be said by several new civil rights organization(s)/activist groups that loosely form #Black Lives Matter? Based on tax records acquired by the Washington Times, billionaire, philanthropist, George Soros, has funded nearly all of the activist organizations that form the #BlackLivesMatter movement through his Open Society Foundation.
The Open Society Foundations, founded by George Soros, was initially started to help communist countries transition to free economies and has become and done so much more since its inception in 1993. Now the Open Society funds several projects in a hundred countries, per there mission statement based on Mr. Soro’s idea, that in an open society rights are respected, government is accountable, and no one has the monopoly on the truth. Based on tax records obtained by the Washington Times all the organizations that came to Ferguson were recipients of money from Mr. Soro’s Open Society Foundations to the sum of $33 million. So technically #BLM members were recipients of a combined amount that may add up to the $33 million stated.  However this amorphous group as it is referred to by,  OSF’s director Mr. Kenneth Zimmerman. And yes the director of OSF’s last name is Zimmerman and its founder’s first name is Geroge. Curiouser and curiouser.
We know who some players of the front players of Hastag #BlackLivesMatter as Patrisse Cullor, Alicia Garza, and Danuasia Young. Each one of these women had received grants from OSF for their respective organizations as follows: The organizations in Ferguson and loosely have coalesced under the umbrella of Black Lives Matter included the Samuel Dewitt Proctor Conference in Chicago; the Drug Policy Alliance, Make the Road New York and Equal Justice USA from New York; from Sojourners, the Advancement Project and Center for Community Change in Washington; and networks from the Gamaliel Foundation, a foundation that Obama was a consultant and trainer for back in his grassroots organizer days.
Mr. Soros also contributed $1 million to Obama 2012 Super PAC and has raised $2 million in Super PAC money for current presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton. So is this all so bad. Is George Soros the good cop to people like the Koch Brothers bad cop depending on one’s perspective? Should it matter that a billionaire is funding Black Lives Matter? Or should we all be concerned that or most sincerest youth and political activists and ideals are being us...

  • 028 Extant Review Don’t Shoot the Messenger
What you didn’t know that They Live and The Thing have returned with Robo Cops, Clowns and too fast romances.  This mini-series has it all. Did I mention its an apocolypse for humanity, after all the show is called Extant, but plenty of false hope arises as human extinction is guised as a rebirth and new beginning. But rebirth into what and a New Beginning for who is not as confusing as this show tries to  make it. If your wearing the right pair of shades, contacts are better.

  • 026 The Best Vegetables For Weight Loss
These are just a few vegetables and two fruits used as vegetables in most dishes that can help in your weight loss journey
Chef Tina Joe’s (raw vegan) Crab Cakes (click to view)

Veggie Carrot Dog with the Edgy Veg (click to view)

Welcome to the next Relaxed Vegan Escaping The Maze, I just experimented with eating a carrot hot dog. I got the recipe from the Edgy Veg on youtube. In a hot dog bun with vegan chili mustard and ketchup was tasty. But it tasted like well marinated carrot in bun. Still I liked it and its better than most of the vegan dogs I’ve tasted.
Best vegetables for Weight Loss ( all the are low in calories)
    1. Cucumber is about 90% cucumber is water but little nutritional benefit good for green juicing if you want low sugar in Green Vegetable juice without a sugary fruit to get your water.
    2. Zucchini has low calories and makes great substitute for crab cakes when dehydrated and combined with seaweed.
    3. Tomatoes are low calories but rich in vitamins C, A, and K, so your nutritional needs are satisfied.
    4. Bell peppers, preferable all but green as they are not ripe. However I like
green bell peppers in some dishes so I won’t be letting them go anytime soon. All varieties have capsaicin, a metabolism booster.
    5. Another is not my favorite is asparagus, but it has anti-inflammatory nutrients that I’m not going to pronounce but the will be written in the note on the website. And these nutrients combat arthritis, asthma, and autoimmune disease. The Antioxidants vitamin C, vitamin A, zinc, manganese and selenium, the glutathione fights free radicals causing aging and “cellular rust”. I never heard of cellular rust
    6. Spinach is said to reduce cardiovascular disease, cancer, and cataracts. Baby spinach is better because it’s nutrients are more concentrated
    7. Eggplant low calories but are mostly from carbohydrates, a potent source of energy. Chlorogenic acid is a plant compound that is known for its high antioxidant activity and is an antimutagenic, which means it protects cells from mutating into cancer cells and it’s also antiviral.
    8. Cabbage and there are many varieties so enjoy,
    9. Carrots: The deeper the orange the more beta-carotene, that your body changes into vitamin. Isn’t that fascinating how your body transform a chemical into what it needs. But carrots can be white, yellow, red and purple. I like the purple and love make Ethiopian Cabbage stew with purple potatoes, red onions and purple cabbage.
    10. Mung Beans Sprouts: Native to India mung bean sprouts an inexpensive snack or cooked in so many dishes and its powerful protein need by vegans. Okay here I’m speaking as an advocate for a properly balance vegan diet which admittedly with which I struggle to maintain, but while diary, eggs, meat products are HIGH in protein they also can be high in cholesterol. Mung beans have 3.2 grams of protein per 1 cup serving. And keep in mind that the sprouts of any plant that starts our as a sprout like broccoli sprouts is always more potent than in this state than it’s full grown state.
    11. Watercress like previous mentioned vegetables are good antioxidants, reduce risk of cancer and is good of fighting free radicals in the body, protecting it against carcinogenic substances. Watercress is high in Vitamin C, A, so boosting the immune system and fighting cancer. And you know the chlorophyll in the leaves has awesome digestive enzymes making it easier for your body to digest nutrients. So this is a great vegetable to include in you green juices or add to mixed green salad.

Extant: Another alien, robot, A.I., hybrid apocalypse show.
We are either being programmed to love, hate, kill, mate, with strange flesh.  Is it what audiences are craving or are we being told how to think about what’s trying to break through to this world as friendly? Is it ever that simple?
CORRECTION: Louis Gossett Jr.  was in Enemy Mine not Alien Mine

    021 Watermelon. No Joke
Watermelon has been refreshing people for 5,000 years from southern Africa, where it’s ancestor is found to the Isralites and Pharaohs of Egypt.  So whats the joke. Well many African Amercian’s as with other things have been mocked for supposedly favoring this fruit. It’s not true, because everyone loves versatile fruit eaten as a salad, dessert, pickled, curried, sautéed and fried.  See links to recipes below.
