Environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) is a framework that is designed to be integrated into an organization's strategy, with the aim of considering the needs and ways in which to generate value for all organizational stakeholders, such as employees, customers, suppliers, and financiers.In 2021, Intel achieved a Platinum+ rating in a Maala ranking for corporate responsibility in business. This noteworthy achievement fills us all with great pride.Maala is a non-profit corporate membership organization promoting corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Israel. Founded in 1998, Maala is considered as the CSR standards-setting organization in Israel.As part of our final project, we have produced a podcast in which we interviewed officials from the Kiryat Gat factory who are at the forefront of our corporate responsibility efforts. The podcast will be broadcast on the Intel Kiryat Gat radio station.The podcast delves into Intel Israel's social and environmental sustainability strategy in general, and the Kiryat Gat manufacturing facility in particular. Based on our familiarity with Intel over the years that we have worked at the factory, we believe that our corporate responsibility serves as an example and model for the industry. Therefore, we are pleased to share these issues with our audience in order to inspire them and to encourage more employees to commit to achieving Intel's strategic corporate responsibility goals.
