Finally!!! We closed on the 5 unit building mentioned in earlier episode. 

After difficulties at every step we managed to make it to make it the notary to sign the deed of sale and take ownership of the property. 

In this episode I do a list of mistakes I made and items that YOU show avoid. A few nuggets of gold are shared at the end as we learn from our mistakes. 

Honestly, I am glad this acquisition process is finished and can now start optimizing the property.

Managing tenants is a daunting tasks for someone you and in this episode I share the story of an inspection where the tension with a difficult tenant is diffused and the ground work set for other conversations once we take possession.
