Gracias por acompañarme una vez más en este espacio íntimo, este lugar que es tan tuyo como mío, donde recordamos que no necesitamos convertirnos en nadie más, sino reconectar con quienes ya somos.
Hoy llegamos al episodio número ocho de Píldoras de Esperanza ¿Cómo empezar a brotar después de soltar?
En el episodio anterior hablamos del vacío fértil, ese tiempo extraño en el que algo terminó y todavía no llega lo nuevo. Ese lugar que se siente como desierto, como pausa, como espera. Y quiero retomar desde ahí, porque toda etapa de vacío tiene un propósito: preparar la tierra.
¿Y qué viene después de preparar la tierra? Los brotes, los primeros signos de vida
Y a veces no son grandes transformaciones, no son giros radicales… son gestos pequeños que nos empiezan a llenar de nuevo Es como cuando abriste espacio en tu casa y, de pronto, entra más luz.
Como cuando después de llorar mucho, tu respiración se vuelve más ligera.
Es ese instante en que el silencio ya no asusta… sino que descansa.
El alma empieza a despertar despacito
Y nuestra tarea es aprender a disfrutar de esos brotes, a nutrirlos, a confiar en que aunque sean pequeños, son señales de que la vida vuelve a moverse dentro de nosotras.
Un día cualquiera, descubres que te ríes con algo que antes no te sacaba sonrisa.
Sientes ganas de ordenar un rincón de tu casa que estaba olvidado.
Te animas a escribir una idea que llevaba tiempo dando vueltas.
O simplemente, disfrutas de un rayo de sol entrando por la ventana y lo agradeces.
Eso es empezar a llenarnos otra vez. No con prisa, no con exigencia, sino con pequeños gestos que sostienen la vida que vuelve a nacer
Después del vacío, no se trata de llenarnos de inmediato, sino de elegir con cuidado qué sembramos en esa tierra limpia
No todo merece ocupar espacio en ti.
El alma despierta cuando decides con amor qué quieres que florezca ahora.
Ejercicio para esta semana:
Te invito a que tomes una hoja y escribas dos columnas:
En la primera Pequeños brotes que ya estoy viendo en mí (puede ser una emoción, una idea, un hábito, un gesto).
En la segunda: Cómo puedo nutrir ese brote (con tiempo, con atención, con paciencia, con gratitud).
Cuando termines, mira tus dos columnas y repite en voz alta una frase que te sostenga, como:
Confío en mis pequeños comienzos. Me permito elegir con amor lo que florece en mí Este ejercicio no solo te ayuda a darte cuenta de lo que ya está germinando, sino que te enseña a cuidarlo con paciencia, a no apresurar el proceso, a disfrutar de la belleza de los inicios.
Después de un vacío, tu alma no se llena de golpe
Se llena con pequeños gestos, con semillas delicadas, con brotes que parecen frágiles, pero que si los nutres bien, se convierten en raíces firmes.
No tengas prisa.
Agradece cada pequeño brote, porque son la confirmación de que tu vida sigue moviéndose hacia adelante.

Thank you for joining me once again in this intimate space, this place that is as much yours as it is mine, where we remember that we don't need to become anyone else, but rather reconnect with who we already are.
Today we come to episode eight of Pills of Hope How to start sprouting after letting go?
In the previous episode, we talked about the fertile void, that strange time when something has ended and the new has not yet arrived. That place that feels like a desert, like a pause, like waiting. And I want to pick up from there, because every stage of emptiness has a purpose: to prepare the ground.
And what comes after preparing the ground? The sprouts, the first signs of life
And sometimes they are not big transformations, they are not radical changes... they are small gestures that begin to fill us up again It's like when you opened up space in your house and suddenly more light came in.
Like when, after crying a lot, your breathing becomes lighter.
It's that moment when silence no longer frightens you... but brings you peace.
The soul begins to awaken slowly
And our task is to learn to enjoy those sprouts, to nurture them, to trust that even though they are small, they are signs that life is moving within us again.
One day, you find yourself laughing at something that didn't make you smile before.
You feel like tidying up a corner of your house that had been neglected.
You decide to write down an idea that had been on your mind for a while.
Or you simply enjoy a ray of sunshine coming through the window and feel grateful for it.
That is how we begin to fill ourselves up again. Not with haste, not with demands, but with small gestures that sustain the life that is being reborn.
After the emptiness, it is not about filling ourselves up immediately, but about carefully choosing what we sow in that clean soil.
Not everything deserves to take up space in you.
The soul awakens when you decide with love what you want to flourish now.
Exercise for this week:
I invite you to take a sheet of paper and write two columns:
In the first Small sprouts that I am already seeing in myself (it can be an emotion, an idea, a habit, a gesture).
In the second: How can I nurture that sprout (with time, with attention, with patience, with gratitude).
When you are done, look at your two columns and repeat aloud a phrase that sustains you, such as:

Be grateful for every little sprout, because they are confirmation that your life is still moving forward.
