Wednesday - Congressman Ed Case (D-Hawaii) joined the conversation to talk about the federal response to the coronavirus pandemic. Case says he and the entire Hawaii Congressional delegation have been fighting to make sure Hawaii businesses get a fair share of the latest round of Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) funding, released on Monday. Case says local businesses did well in the first round, with roughly 11,000 loans processed for a total of roughly $2 billion in aid, money that should be flowing into Hawaii right now.
