The League of Legends Worlds Group Stage has finally concluded. Three disheartened North American teams faced long flights back across the Atlantic.
In a year where people thought we would see the first western champion since Season One, Europe's teams will have to be on the ones to break through. Meanwhile, China is looking to grab a second straight championship and possibly unseat Korea as the most dominant LoL division in the world.
Korea's LCK and Europe's LEC send three teams, China's LPL sends just two. Predictions for the event below:
Quarterfinal predictions:
(LCK) Damwon vs. (LEC) G2 : 3-2 G2
(LCK) SKT vs. (LEC) Splyce: 3-0 SKT

Call of Duty went mobile and fans responded in droves. The game was downloaded over 100 million times in the first week after release, shattering previous records. They did those numbers without a Chinese release, despite the game being developed by a Chinese company owned by Tencent.
These are the business deals that contributed to Activision Blizzard's heavy-handed punishment of a Hearthstone pro earlier in the week which has led to widespread community protests.
