 I'm your host, I'm a professional dancer, actress, artist, motivational speaker, master dance teacher, and mama of three. For the last twenty years, I've been in the entertainment industry, dancing for some of the biggest pop icons, and acting across the screen from legends! So prepare yourself as I share with you my wildest, most exhilarating, and terribly gut wrenching stories from my career.  Because even though I was living my dream life, I was also really struggling personally with self doubt and insecurity. So this podcast isn't about the big credits on my resume, but more so, the life lessons that were hidden inside those experiences. Lessons that can help you navigate your life with more self trust and clarity. 

My inspiration comes from motherhood, spirituality, Chinese alchemy and meditation and mindset work.
