Nancy has been practicing law since 1986, initially as a general practitioner before specializing in real estate law, mortgage financing, and business/corporate law. Over her extensive career, she has managed offices for several title companies and owned her own title company for seven years. Nancy's clients have included small businesses, private mortgage lenders, residential and commercial mortgage brokers, real property investors, and consumers purchasing or refinancing a residence. She has developed expertise in structuring and financing complex real estate transactions, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, distress transactions, delayed settlement transactions, and advising clients on state and federal regulations. Nancy is also dedicated to education, teaching accredited and non-accredited courses to real estate professionals, and conducting seminars for real estate investors and the general public. She is a Past President of the Maryland Land Title Association and serves on several committees for the American Land Title Association.
