What we do is of critical importance, but it is how we go abut doing it that really matters. How we treat each other in the eyes of conflict and disagreement matters. The words we say matter. How do we decide on our "essentials" compared to everyone else? How do we respect one another while doing so? How do we include EVERYONE in Christ's love?
