You have probably sometime asked yourself what the people thinks about you. It's normal to try to be liked by others, isn't it?
It has happened to me, but ... I had never thought what others think of me as Spanish, inside of a group.
And I think it's really interesting. We generalize about the people's personality depending on the country; "Germans are very organized" "The italians shout a lot" and "we Spanish don't like to work".... even inside of our own country "The women from Valladolid are very unfriendly"
It was a topic in a B2 DELE's exam, a few years ago. "The stereotypes". We all have prejudices about others, about the people from other countries and about the people from our country but from other regions, right?
And you, What is it said about the people of your country? Do you think that behind each stereotype is there any truth?
