Today we continue our study in the book of Esther. The name “Esther” means “star”, and the woman we meet in this book definitely deserves some pretty high billing, but as we’ll see through this book, the real start here is God. The way He works behind the scenes is truly magnificent. We’ll concentrate today and tomorrow on another character we meet in Esther - King Ahasuerus, and his problems with pride.
