When you refuse to grow and develop mentally and spiritually, you are indirectly killing your leader, by draining him.

As a leader, your goal shouldn’t be to keep spoon-feeding your people, but rather to equip them to be independent of you.

Stay away from people that drain you. If you expect to always be dependent on a person, you are an enemy to their well being.
