We all struggle and wrestle with pride. It would be of great benefit for our own souls and for all those around us if we were to be in constant pursuit of humility. We as gospel people must follow after our humble Savior, who left his lofty and high position to dwell with and save the lowly of earth, namely, us!

We all struggle and wrestle with anger. Will we live life as angry people or will we learn by God's help what is at the root of our anger and work with God to see it uprooted. We need wisdom from God for our anger.

We all must wrestle with people who offend us. Will we choose to store up offenses, separating further and further from others? Or, will we choose to cover offenses in love?

God offers the fearul, the guilty, and the ashamed hope for a more bold and confident life, in Jesus.
