This material life is difficult and filled with problem after problem. We often find ourselves completely focussed on removing these problems so we can enjoy peace and happiness. However, God has a different focus. In the midst of our problems, God’s primary concern is how we can be trained and prepared for the afterlife. How then should we view our problems and deal with them, so that we may align with God's eternal will for us? How can we find peace in the midst of storms?
In this message, “Eternal Perspectives”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter teaches about God's primary aim for us in the midst of our adversities, and how we can align with Him so that this aim can be accomplished. He points out the dangers of trying to remove our problems immediately, and why it is important that we give ourselves to training.
God can and will help you in your troubles, but never at the expense of your soul and your spiritual training. This message will empower you to yield yourself to God for training in the midst of adversity so that through you, others can also be comforted in their troubles.
