Rest is a theme that runs throughout the Bible from the first pages to last. In this message, we look at ‘eternal rest’ or what we often call ‘eternal life’ or ‘heaven’. The writers of the Bible talk about eternal rest not just as something that happens after we die, but also as something the affects the way we live before we die. 

Questions to reflect on and discuss from this message:

1. What do you think heaven will be like?

2. How does your idea of heaven affect the way you live on earth?

3. How does (or could) your idea of eternal rest change the way you deal with tough times in your life?
