ETERNAL WORD OF LIFE MINISTRY (EWLM)

TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. Only a deep personal relationship with God can give us such confidence that whatever we ask God we shall receive. Hence, Jesus assures us today that whatever we as God the Father in His name we shall receive. By this He invites us to a personal intimate relationship with the Godhead. TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. What sustains human life is not so much what one has but the hope of a better future. Life will always come with its challenges but as the children of God we must always hold firmly unto God in virtue and keep our hope high for there will always be light at the end of the tunnel. TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. At a time when true Christian life entails grave risks and the Christian faith seemingly offers the world nothing but hope alone we're strongly tempted to become PASSIVE in our Christian witnessing while focusing all our attention on heaven. The Solemnity of the Ascension of the Lord invites us to a very ACTIVE Christian witnessing today even as we keep our hearts focused on heaven to avoid becoming earth-bound. TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. Indeed United we stand and divided we fall. This is an age long truth and principle; a principle upon which the church/virtue has thrived over the years. Sadly however, we seem to have traded away to the world this principle and vices have so much thrived given the united front of vicious people while virtuous people are retrogressing due to disunity. We must get united in a Christocentric love to conquer the evil that threatens us today. Kindly listen to today's episode of my podcast for details of today's homily. TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. Christ Jesus invites us today to abide in God's love as well as share in His mission of bringing others (humanity) into abiding in this same love of God. The simple formula is KEEPING GOD'S COMMANDMENT; the commandment of loving as Jesus Christ did. Kindly listen to today's episode of my podcast for details of today's homily.
