TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. Ours is a world and generation in which sin/ungodliness is beautified, promoted and celebrated. There is so much pressure (informed by circumstances of life as well as internal and external factors) not just suggesting but compelling us to forsake and abandon our HOLY COVENANT with God. We must resist this to the very last even if it will cost us our life. May God grant us the apostolic and Maccabean courage to persevere in serving Him and keeping the HOLY COVENANT to the end. Amen. Please, you may not be receiving my daily podcasts for a few days as I'll be out of network areas. Do kindly bear with me in any way this might inconvenience you. John 14:1). "Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid" (cf. John 14:27). In a world and generation where evil seems to be conquering God assures us today to always persist in prayer and in righteousness for He will surely vindicate us, His children. TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. We're often filled with admiration for and stand in awe of the beauty and greatness of created things in the world. However, there's hardly a corresponding reverence for the one responsible for the coming into being of all that is in the world. No matter how knowledgeable one is in the things of this world, IGNORANCE OF GOD IMPLIES ABSOLUTE FOLLY. Similarly, one cannot claim knowledgeable of God without knowing, appreciating and applying oneself to the created things of the world. May our knowledgeable and use of the things of this world lead us to a better understanding of God, a deeper worship of Him and a richer relationship with Him. Kindly listen to the full homily in today's episode of my podcast.

TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. Gratitude and Thanksgiving to God goes beyond coming to the altar in procession with gifts or giving fat envelopes to priests/pastors or supposed men and women of God. TRUE AND GENUINE THANKSGIVING TO GOD HAS AT ITS CORE GENUINE CONVERSION, TOTAL SELF SURRENDER TO GOD AND WHOLEHEARTED DISCIPLESHIP. God is eagerly waiting for all (the other nine) who are yet to feature these three dimensions in their Thanksgiving to God. WHERE ARE YOU; THE OTHER NINE?
