Jesus is our salvation, our high priest, who is alive in God’s presence interceding on our behalf. Praise God! What a comfort.

The blood of Christ purifies our conscience from dead works to serve the living God. Worship leads to service and service to worship. Let us strive to enter God’s rest (4:11) to receive our eternal inheritance (see 12:9)

The Earthly Holy Place

In Christ we have a better ministry, a better covenant, and a better promise. He died for you, and now is alive for you. Likewise, you died with him, and now you are alive to walk with him - in new life by grace.

Jesus Christ is our high priest forever, the mature message of the gospel. He is a better priest, with a better promise, a better covenant, and a better temple. He is alive for us that we can be alive in him. His work on the cross is done. His work in your heart, in life day by day has only just begun...

Jesus is a high priest who lives forever. He always lives to save us to the uttermost, and to intervene for us. He is living and active for us forever.

Jesus is superior to even the highest example of a human priest, Melchizedek.

The Gospel message calls us to grow in maturity in Christ, our new High Priest - by the power of his indestructible life!

The Gospel message begins with our salvation in faith in Jesus Christ. The Gospel message also gives us hope in Him as we continue to live our lives. God promises this gift to all, as we devote ourselves to Him.

Let us strive to grow in our faith in Christ, from basic teachings, to maturity in Christ. As we mature, we have hope and confidence of our inheritance.
