Centered around the Solfeggio frequency of 528 Hz I have created a healing meditation journey that soothes the soul and helps bring you peace by anchoring you to the present moment, reminding you that you are all you truly need to rise above the chaos and distractions of the modern world, and rediscover your soul's true essence. We go through so much pain and difficulty during this lifetime, often leading us to question ourselves whether it's worth pushing on. Sometimes we drift so far from ourselves that we end up feeling so lost and alone, to the point that we just want to give up and stop this seemingly senseless suffering, and in the process we forget who we are. But no matter how hard it may get, no matter how hopeless the downward spiral may appear, the strength of our heart finds a way to persevere. As long as we keep faith in ourselves we will be guided home, remembering that none of it was in vain, but a very important part in the preparation for you to become the person that you truly are in your heart.

Whether you've been through it all and have come back up . Or if you're still in the midst of the storm, with no hope in sight.. Or if you believe that none of it matters at all, there is a reason the universe has led you here. Release the illusion of control, at least for the moment, and let the beauty of the magical frequencies help guide you back, one step at a time.

Close your eyes, relax, and take a deep breath in through your nose, hold it in just a little longer, and slowly let it out through the mouth, and allow yourself to feel the truth of your soul's call. Take another deep breath in and count to 4 while breathing in. Count to 4 again while holding your breath, and even slower than last time release while counting to 6, slow and steady. Feel your body relax and release tension throughout your entire being. Continue taking breaths in through your nose, hold, then release through your mouth with the same count of 4 seconds in, hold for another 4 seconds and slowly breathe out through your mouth for up to twice the amount of time it takes you to breathe in. Keep going and find your rhythm with the music. Don't try to clear your mind and don't cling on to any thoughts right now. Just observe the thoughts like you would clouds passing by. Let your being slow down more and more and keep on breathing in the same breath pattern with intention. If you find yourself drifting away just gently bring yourself back and focus on the breath. This is all you need from me, just do your best to keep your mind engaged with the music while you breathe in and out. The rest you will remember. As I said in the beginning, you are all you truly need to rise back up above the chaos and distractions of the material world. Your heart will remember that you do not need to search for love. It will remember that you are Love and here to love :)

As the winter solstice is now upon us, and we wait for the sun to be reborn, I bring you summer vibes and reminder not take life so seriously at all times. Just take a breath, relax and enjoy the vibes (:
