Consuming can be a huge distraction when we allow it to get in the way of living the life we came to live.

No matter what is going on in life, find a something, anything to be grateful for. Gratitude is a creative energy that creates more to be grateful for. If you can't find anything to be grateful for in the moment, stop, take a breath and be grateful for that breath.
