When I saw this young girl, Eugenia from Berlin, fitness trainer and health coach, I was eager to talk to her. I am so glad that I was able to speak with her. She opened my eyes that even young people can have a powerful mindset. She has this powerful energy that helps others to achieve their goals. She is studying whilst doing great things by spreading the better health and fitness ideas around the globe.
