Olga Druzhinina is a theologian, educator, and ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene, serving as Senior Lecturer and Cluster Chair for Theology at European Nazarene College. Originally from Russia, she has served across Eastern Europe as a missionary, pastor, and theological educator. Holding a PhD in Theology from the University of Manchester, Olga is passionate about ecclesiology, holiness, and community, helping shape future leaders to think deeply and live faithfully. She and her husband, Alexi, are involved in church planting in Serbia. Her ministry reflects a unique blend of academic excellence, spiritual depth, and cross-cultural understanding.

Biography Katie Nielsen

''Katie is originally from California and grew up in a small Nazarene church. Her grandma was a huge influence in her life. She introduced Katie to supporting Nazarene missions. Katie's parents took her on multiply Work and Witness trips growing up, on one of the trips to Swaziland, she accepted Gods call on her life to be a pastor. She had always a heart for missions and compassionate ministries. Katie moved to Europe 16 years ago as a volunteer missionary. Served in Poland for about 2 years before she moved to Denmark to serve at the cafe ministry in Copenhagen. Eventually she met her husband, had a beautiful daughter and settled in Denmark more permanently. Currently Katie is serving in various positions on the Scandinavian District  and at the church in Greve.''
