The sixth version of the EU Directive on administrative cooperation (DAC 6) has implemented new mandatory disclosure rules for EU intermediaries and taxpayers in relation to certain arrangements. Reporting has been live in Austria, Finland, and Germany since 1 July 2020. The remaining EU member states started reporting from January 2021. Are you already in compliance with these requirements?
