LeTroy Gardner's childhood passions led him to purposely entertaining audiences far and wide. 

In 2020, shortly after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, LeTroy created the video podcast "Stop, Look & Listen," which he also hosts. The weekly show spotlights, via one-on-one virtual interviews, the goals, strides and triumphs of ethnic minorities from various professions. Guests have included famed actress Phylicia Rashad, political figure Jaime Harrison and singer-songwriter Dawn Robinson, formerly of the R&B group En Vogue.
