Evangel Assembly of God Church, Kansas City

What do you reach for to sustain you during the most difficult times? Join us this week as Pastor Jason and Pastor Jill share a very personal testimony about how God cared for and sustained them through Jill's 2 cancer diagnoses. Their story serves as a powerful reminder that God walks with us through all the storms in our lives.

Brother Zollie Smith, executive director of the Assemblies of God U.S. Missions, joins Evangel in order to share a special message and give an update on U.S. Missions work.

To remember is a powerful thing. Join us this Memorial Sunday as we remember and pay tribute to our service men and women and learn more about the importance of memorializing spiritually significant moments in our lives.

If you could view a snapshot of the result of every decision you make, would you take advantage of it? These images would reveal a very real truth that every single decision we make has a lasting consequence—whether good or bad. Join us this week as Pastor Jason shares important ways we can make every decision count before we even take a step!

It is probably safe to say we don't think too much about the steps we take unless they are painful or we are navigating treacherous terrain, but every step is taking us somewhere, and they all count! Join us as we celebrate Mother's Day with a special message from Pastor Jill St. John.

There are images around us every day that trigger a number of emotions and serve as reminders of tragedy, hope, happiness, or strength. We attach meaning to these images, but what if we searched for God's meaning? Join us for Week 1 of our new "Images" series as Pastor Jason speaks about the ways God uses His creation to communicate messages about Himself to us.

Join us this week as we hear from guest speaker Randy Ruiz. Randy is a frequent conference and camp speaker and has been working as an evangelist for 26 years. His heart is to see an awakening and revival take place in America's churches that will enable them to be empowered and make an impact on our culture.

Join us this Easter for a dynamic Sunday service of music, media, and a powerful message from Pastor Jason St. John as we celebrate that Jesus is risen!

We have all heard the saying, "Nothing in life is free," so it is natural to expect it might take action or work on our part in order to obtain a great reward. The Israelites were faced with the same situation as they prepared to enter the territory God had promised to their ancestors. Join us this week as Pastor Jason discusses the eternal importance of overcoming our fears, walking in faith, and entering our "promised land."

Most people agree that it is difficult to trust someone we don't know personally, even with a task as simple as serving you a hamburger at a drive-thru! Could it also be that many of us don't trust God with the big or little things in life because we don't REALLY know Him on a deep and personal level? Join us this week as Pastor Jason re-introduces us to the One with the Plan—our great and powerful God!
