Continuing to look at what it means to be a mature Christian

People tend to have certain assumptions about what it means to be a mature Christian, but if none of them have anything to do with Jesus, those assumptions are wrong.

Many people identify as Christian, even thought they really aren't. How can we be assured that we are truly saved, and not just going through the religious motions?

Casey Vickers brings a message

God doesn't need us in order to accomplish His purposes. By His grace, He allows us the privilege of getting in on what He is doing.

"God is constantly at work in us, molding us into the image of Christ. He often does this in unexpected ways."

There are things in life that sin takes from us, but the restoration power of Jesus allows us to take them back.

An incorrect approach to Scripture mixed with the values of culture, produces a belief system that serves as a counterfeit to the true gospel.

Sometimes Jesus leads us into failure in order to reveal something about Himself to us.

We tend to get so caught up in what we need to be doing for God, that we lose sight of what He has done for us, which robs us of the joy He wants us to have, no matter what's going on in our lives.
