I have got plants in my yard that I use lamb's ear, which is traditionally used as a bandage. But I can get into that later. But anyway, what is a holistic item, natural that you have incorporated into your diet and or regiment lately, like turmeric or anything? I would love to hear it. All right."

  "So for me, I'm a side sleeper. I'm a left or right side. Sometimes I might lay on my back a little bit. Depends on the situation or my stomach. But excuse me, nine out of ten. I'm a side sleeper. It's also kind of hard to really, you know, sleep in position well, especially when you have a CPAP machine. And so I gotta make sure that I have a good seal and stuff like that."
